Pranic Healing & Structural Integration:
A Holistic Approach to Physical and Emotional Well-Being
Restore the Energy, Align the Body, Transform the Whole Self
Pranic Healing is an energy-based modality that works without physical touch to clear congestion, balance the body’s energetic system, and support emotional and mental well-being. It helps reduce stress, calm the mind, and release energetic patterns that may contribute to physical discomfort or emotional strain.
Structural Integration is a bodywork technique focused on realigning the body’s connective tissues—primarily the fascia—to improve posture, movement, and overall physical function. By releasing patterns of tension and restoring balance within the musculoskeletal system, Structural Integration can reduce chronic pain, increase mobility, and create a sense of ease and stability in the body.
When used together, Pranic Healing and Structural Integration offer a powerful, complementary approach for individuals managing chronic pain, stress, or emotional difficulties. Pranic Healing supports the energetic and emotional layers that often influence how the body holds tension, while Structural Integration addresses the physical patterns that may be causing discomfort. This combination allows individuals to experience deeper relief, improved resilience, and a more integrated sense of balance—both emotionally and physically.
Together, these modalities provide a holistic pathway to healing that honors the whole person.

Meet Jill Branch
LMBT, Structural Integrator
Hello, my name is Jill Branch.
I am a Structural Integration (SI) practitioner and educator dedicated to helping clients restore long-term structural, functional, and energetic vitality. My work blends technical precision with intuitive, compassionate care, supporting the deep personal transformations that often emerge through SI. I also create a guided SI journal and have an extensive library of educational videos and movement practices to accompany clients through their process.
In addition to my private practice, I am a certified massage and bodywork continuing education teacher. I teach Connective Tissue Massage I and II, which introduce students to the principles of Structural Integration and how to work with fascia from a structural perspective.
